Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The temporary staff are looked down by all permanent employees. Higher officers treat junior staff like trash. They constantly threaten to fire temporary staff even for simplest errors; thus, no job security.
