Job security - Some top level persons do politics and due to which lower level persons lost their jobs, even if you are skilled and you can do better. You may target anytime whenever they will have requirement to save their jobs.

I enjoyed shaping products ideas and working with different teams. Listening to customers and using data helped us improve. The supportive atmosphere made it easy to learn and grow in my role
