Hospital had some good doctors because of which it was getting patients.

Dislikes

Top management is the worst. Owner is an idiot doctor who is an anesthetist by qualification but shrewder businessman without heart or emotion. He is terrible in management. He along with CEO turned the positive business to bankruptcy due to greediness. They cooked up story until the last moment saying there is an investor coming in and everything will be all right. But both flew away silently leaving 100+ employees stranded in the country with nothing in hand. The chairman was so unethical in his practice. He dint give a shit about the ethical practice and quality in OT. But boosts outside saying only triple accredited hospital with JCI. Hope all the resigned employees with get justice. I am pretty sure, KARMA hits BACK !!...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
