Iam from maintenance(electrical) dept from star wire. Work culture is very poor. Even manager are not well qualified. They depend on working technician. And there is agenda. They completely demoralise the engineers. And take benefit. And they give his own work too. Higher management is very good. They understand the situation. I was completely fedup.
