Lovely team in Emerging markets team makes you forget the negatives of the company, thats the best part in the company.

Dislikes

Miserable in terms of Job security as the company in the Emerging Markets regions is clueless in terms of structure and leadership for the central organization. Salary- better negotiate the best when you join since you are doomed once you join unless you have a god father. No learning at all unless you do it on your own. I guess this is good enough to tell someone whether it is worthwhile to join SBD or not. Nepotism seems to be raising its ugly head at times in the region....Read More

Under the garb of being inclusive they expect you to tolerate mediocrity, how you perceive work is purely upon the individual, For Eg - I used to love meeting customers and convincing them why our products were the best but seldom do you get to see this.
