Lacks career growth, No grievance redressal policy, Trainings for staff and workers are minimal, Experienced people within organization do not want to train the newcomers as it compels them to change in certain manner with implementation of new idea. Top Management is highly unpredictable and therefore projects procrastinate based on priority of higher reporting authority likes and dislikes.There are chances of you and your skills being utilized in multiple way which is good if it sticks to your job role and a nightmare if your role is shifted. In fact the former one prevails you find these words chanted by insiders that are so often. Before joining this organization please check that interview panel gives you the exact path, roles and responsibilities that sticks to your qualification and your past experiences in other firms.
