No positive point. everything is worst here. Cons: Worst company to work for as Senior Field Engineer. you are considered as a animal rather than a human being. Advice to Management Shut down the company if you don't know how to behave to your employees.

1. Company director PANKAJ AGRAWAL is one of the disgusting, Nonsense Guy who is always Mentally Tortured to all Employees. 2. All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 3. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 4. Salary delay of more than 2 months Older employees bullies. No vision and mission. Youhave to not the management for your stability. No motivation from the management. Its a fraud company having the operations in India. 5. No Pf will be Provided. 6. No ESI will be Provided. 7. Daily work(Filed work). 8. No safety. 9. Always climb on the Tower &check Machinary. 10.
