I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The best part of working in stagord was the handful number of helpful colleagues.

Dislikes

The thing i disliked the most was that you will never be appreciated for the good you do but you will always be scolded for even the smallest mistake.The appraisal and salary are far below your capability and talent.
