We can work a lot but not in a proper way

1. No company policy 2. 9 to 8 work, it may extend till 9pm 3. No government leave available 4. If any leave for republic day, independence day, Pongal, diwali - they compensate with working Sunday's 5. Some Sundays are working days for their own reasons. During conferences time, 3 to 7 days full night working day. 6. No proper instructions for working 7. No experienced head in any department 8. No work life balance 9. Low salary 10. Not fixed date salary, usually 10th day it may drag to 20th day of the month 11. Management behaviour is change for time to time 12. 3 months notice period 13.
