It's a very good brand and good culture. But the politics in the department is very concerning because of which it's difficult for the new joiner to survive . AES done in company is fake . Senior manager in the Housekeeping department, i wouldn't hesitate to mention their name Ms. Chetna Suryawanshi and Surat are very political. They can't teach a single thing to the new joiner but expect them to perform 100% . Also things aren't transparent in the department. EHK and DHK are biased, partial, judgemental and have a very cheap mindset. DHK cannot speak 1 sentence in English. In 1 English sentence he uses 5 Hindi words.
