The work environment is severely severely toxic. Management has no vision why have they started BMS in a media college . Long working hours and they cut your pay if you are 5 minutes late but if one waits extra no regard for the same at all . No Mumbai University guidelines are followed as far as leave and assessment of projects are concerned. Hugely Questionable faculty and student relationship and they are Christian Minority institution. Massive groupism and BMS department is given second hand treatment. BMS department has seen 100 percent attrition. Inequality as far as pay is concerned. Despite no proper qualifications people are paid and those with qualifications are not paid .
