Management is not so dominating. Staffs are friendly in nature. Salary is on time. Most fabulous thing is about it's leave is frequently permissible. Fooding is perfect as per need. Lodging facility is average, one can comprise and adust if she/he is manageable in nature.

Dislikes

Management is quite harsh in dominating their decision. They are not in favour to apply the conditions or rules as per requested by the incharge on that work. They don't belief on their staffs capability and not in conditions to execute some creative activities mostly in case where it's official request for it.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
