The institute is a right one for students career growth.Once the students joins the institute and if they truly abide by the rules of the institute , they are sure to come out in flying colours with good future.

Dislikes

No rise in salary for the past 5 years for faculties though they try to give the best for the development of the institute. But still the faculties are put under tremendous work pressure with a meagre salary. Management fails to concern about the faculties problem whether it is physical or emotional or workplace or personnel. No motivation to faculties to overcome their failures and no token of appreciation for any work done. No freedom of thoughts which is very essential for the growth of any educational institute.. Work Details

Most of my work are monotonous and lot of clerical works are involved which hinders the growth of faculties. Not much time and resource allocated for the development of my career as most of the times are spent only for some repeated and tiresome.
