Work culture is good..working environment is also good..colleagues are helpful..we are all like a family..management is also supportive

Near my home. Safe for women. Salary waa given on time. Some teachers were good people to work with.

Dislikes

Too much of politics... No job security... Salary was average.. It did not have a great learning work environment.

Tremendous amount of salary disparity. Competence and seniority are never the criteria of respect and salary. Only a group thrives and favouritism is at its height.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
