The experience is overall good, I learnt many things like how to manage the class,deal with students, lesson planning, cover up the syllabus and many more other things which are necessary in teaching line.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is not up to the mark for b.ed teachers and career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joinees

Work Details

There was a lot of struggle from the beginning, I cope it out after a year ,I had experience of other schools which helped me out in working here.In locked down period we worked in a pressure of losing our job .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
