Likes

Very nice environment. I enjoyed working here there was no stress . smooth and relaxed working hours. Assistants in lab who prep everything before practicals start. Only girls college so comfortable to work here for ladies.

Incriment in salary

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
