I have worked for many media companies in past but this organization is the best one. The CEO and Managers are very cooperative and helping me in every problem whether it is small or large. the company culture is people friendly, they provide many facilities like get together lunch, movies and outdoor fun. And best part is that theydon't even deduct salary on late comings and other leave. I must say its a good organization for work and carrier growth....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
