i think this is good company for freshers who have 2 or 1-year experience but not for the experts

that they do not have a promotional option for the less experienced guy.

way of treating employees (teachers) is very poor and even showing the good results, also principal did not have freedom to implement innovative ideas for the betterment of students.

Principal is very good. All the teachers are very hardworking. Management is willing to do the best for the students and staffs. School environment is absolutely suitable for learning.
