Salary comes 7th of every month whereas other organisation give salary last day of every month... When, new staff join , unnecessary one year security money deduction happen ,why , such big big health care organisation don't take any security deduction from salary.. Duty hrs no tea provided for staff, Managers are not cooperative. No holiday managed
