Nice team To work with and supportive Management team. Help to finalise the deal regarding to sell. SM and GM behave is too good with the employees. basic salary is quite good as other Dealership in the region.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good, documentation work can be more good as now.

Good place for work, teammates are transparent, management are good here,GM & SM are descent and humble. Salary are quite good as compare to others but a little bit concern about incentive. There is a conference room where executives do their regular work and lineups and there is a back office area for all other official works.overall good environment for work. Executives and all employees have to perform according to daily basis lineups and monthly or daily projections. Salary is descent but Incentives issue is there. On the Job training is not given to new joinees, new Joinees have to learn everyday by observing everyday meetings or other activities
