Hi, I got placed from my campus placement earlier when I got joined it was wfh and remained for 1 year we were working and yes as I hadn't met anyone so I was unaware of there actual environment. Many of the employee were coming and going and exactly what's the fact is behind them I was unaware of it as was wfh. ....

Now, when I have gone to company after a year the environment was totally different they won't allow you leaves even the case would be urgent. HR policies and company norms are ok but to some extent. There is no professionalism in the company everyone is like a gossip person . Also there the system is not structured there is no hirercy in the organization.
