My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Poor work culture. Unnecessary deductions in salary. Too much interference of management in clinical decisions. Doctors are treated as workers. Be prepared to be mentally frustrated to get your own money, you have to follow up 1000 times. Not at all an employee friendly organisation. Would not recommend anyone to work here long term.
