SRMB is a good place for freshers to begin with the career & gather practical knowledge. You may not be promoted and compensated well but job security is there for a fresher.

Dislikes

The working culture isn't quite good & management as well as HR benefits are not professional & that is common in most of the steel manufacturing companies in suburbs. SRMB will never match your aspirations & fulfill your career growth even if you are very good at work. So, you need to switch to another company for your own growth. Growth is very minimal unless you are specially favoured by any top boss of the company. Only a few from the top management draws a very handsome salary otherwise it's really poor & even worse for a fresher even if you work for multiple years there....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
