Can have a good worklife balance .nothing to strain more in profession. Cool job culture...when you are good in multitasking

Dislikes

Leave approval and biometric attendance process followed here full of complications . HR process of selection and promotion criteria were really pathetic here

Nothing is there to like about working for the university campus in North. They hire and fire people very fast. Except for salary being credited right on time, and good pay package. There is nothing else. What are you going to do, with a good package, when it would be given for a short span?

Dislikes

Job security isn't there. The middle level management is pathetic. They don't know how to work. It's a kind of 'chaaploosi' work culture, prevalent. It's by luck, they have secured such high level job, otherwise they are fit for nothing. All fraud people in middle level.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
