Work culture very bad , lack of freedom to work and teach in your way, Do not work in disciplined manner, impose things according to their will and wish, perhaps this is the disadvantage with private universities, I suggest not to take their free transport facility Authorities are least bothered about your acedamic activities they are fine if you do what they wish
