Were we can learn lot on domain knowledge from base. We don’t have any restrictions for the skill up at our work. Still I couldn’t get them still now how they select the candidates for on-site. & also like the employee rehire policy here.

We don’t have work pressure but when it comes to release have to work through whole night., they made to wait for more that 2.5yrs for the onsite and they 8times lied to me regarding on-site job, which made lot pain many times...!

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
