the company CEO was very good person. But most of the managers are worst. Team leader can do only politics. they Always doing politics. if you do good work , then they will de-promote you If you don't do work ,then they will promote you as Team leader, etc. so my recommendation for job seekers is, if you want to do work then don't go to srishtri software If you don't want to do work , you want to do only politics , then go there....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
