Srinsoft is a good place for beginners in MNC environment, the workflow is really good & technologies improvements very best which mean employes can learn multi-discipline if we eligible, salary will be a credit on timing what about any more relay a good platform this is a general comment

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
