Bad work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive . Company policies are poor and bad Debit culture, No appraisals ..No Bonus. No Salary on time..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t listen our justification. Salary is very indecent.. on time salary is day dream.

The job is quite interesting! . I learnt few things on the job. I got a chance to spend few hours with MD Mr.Ravindren. I respect him.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
