There is no policies to the company. No structural reporting procedure and no final financial settlement to the employee. Employee CTC amount also not paid by the management to the employee even employee left as per procedure. Compensation will not provide in time and even they are not paid my final settlement amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- even five months after relieving. Growth is very less if we are genuine. Management is completely manipulate and not genuine.

I was worked as Senior Manager - Quality Assurance and successfully completed regulatory audits like USFDA, EU GMP and other customer audits without any issues.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
