The Organization is just good enough for 2-3 Years for experienced professionals & maximum 4 Years for new comers (You may consider the Gratuity factor for a stay around 5 Years. Depends on concerned individual). However, this opinion would work if you are under the wing of Mr. R. N. Agarwal, Director. Accounts, CS are ok sort of for a 5 years continuation. Legal Department is a nice one to work with. But if you are under any Director, other than Mr. R. N. Agarwal - completion of even one year might appear to be too tough - personal opinion. Be extremely cautious about Architecture & Civil Departments. Furthermore, Mr. R. N. Agarwal is an extremely tough work master. But, under him, the opportunity of learning is huge. Whereas, you will be under several bindings, lack of opportunity to show your skill and unprecedented misbehavior, from other Directors / higher officials without much scope of learning. 4. Irrespective of your Department, stay away from Mr. Vishnu Khaitan to avoid all sorts of messes. 5. H.R. Policies are really good. But the environment should be conducive to let employees thrive.
