Work culture,extreme unfair work pressure at site,like to give less required manpower at site,staffs and supervisors are not well trained leading to huge stress in work for site engineers leading to target fail.Everyone like to play safely.Noone will help you just give you big big lectures.If they are in trouble they will simply accuse you but when you seek any guidance nothing will be given.Huge amount of paper works are to be maintained at site making it a huge problem for overseeing undergoing works.There is not arrangement of on site fooding & lodging.If you arrive 1 min late that will effect your attendance. Each and every staff is under the mental terror and stress of Mr. R.N aagarwal that is fear of loosing their jobs.
