Even though hostel is safe, teachers always will be in control of hostel wardens. Eg: if you want to go shopping there's a limited time and you need permission from wardens each and every time. In SVVD primary department, it's hard to survive as an outstate employee. You won't get any support, guidance even if you're a people pleaser. And no job security, you'll never know when they'll fire you. if co workers dislike you, they will report to the management and you'll be fired.
