I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Here at first I am rejecting the old methods like Bhatt system,no value for the creativity skills.They would not support these. No prearity for the knowledge.
