You get an experience of teaching in a school.

Dislikes

Salary structure and benefits are low. It becomes very difficult to get a hike in a new organisation with this school's salary slip . The quality of students is very poor. The work environment encroaches upon one's personal and private space and there's lack of professionalism all throughout . The Group D staff is obnoxious.

It was my first break. So it was a learning experience for me.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
