Likes

I like the professional attitude and best environment providing to me. Another thing I liked was the close knit and interpersonal communication that was prevalent between employee and manager. The company also believes in their employees and seems to think about career growth and personal progress.

Dislikes

I don’t dislike anything about my current company. We occasionally have different options but I think it’s a healthy part of working in a team where all members are trying to do their best.

The payment policies are very poor. A graduate engineer only get 12000 rs per month payment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
