I like the professional attitude and best environment providing to me. Another thing I liked was the close knit and interpersonal communication that was prevalent between employee and manager. The payment policies are very poor. A graduate engineer only get 12000 rs per month payment.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
