I like everything about the work in Sri Jothi tyres.It teaches me lot about the tyre industry and have helped me in developing skills .The overall company policies and terms are very good

Dislikes

I feel the salary is pretty low compared with other company as I worked there for nearly four years I am not getting good salary

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
