I value the work-life balance, the inspiring campus environment and the competitive compensation the organisation has provided me. The supportive teams and the opportunity to positively impact students and teachers of the nation are particularly rewarding.

Dislikes

While the the company is growing , some systems and processes are still developing. Managing multiple projects simultaneously requires strong time management and organisational skills.

Everything. This is such a pathetic organization with its worst policies. Poor management. Manager is partial and does not have any skills to manage its team. They will make you work hard but never support you in any grievances. HR do not even listen to its employee if you call them, they will never pick your call. They call candidates to join their company but they never select them. And if you got selected you will regret everytime after joining.
