SRF’s PFB is a fast growing business in comparison to their other business. They have rapidly expanded setting new plants and state of the art technologies. You’ll be rewarded every now and then by gifts.

Pathetic working culture. Literally employee value has become nothing to the management. No freedom at all. They have a feeling that employees aren’t a part of their core values.
