Workload is seamlessly manageable. You get a lot of autonomy and free time. This Institute gives you a comfortable cocoon (which also means that there is minimal possibility of growth)

1) Salary: This college goes through a financial crunch from January to April every year. During this time, you get no salary/irregular pay. However, this problem persists even after the Jan-April months are over. It is a recurring problem and the management doesn't even care to formally inform us anything about it. You'll basicallybe clueless about when your salary will credit, and if you raise concern about it they will ask you to "leave" the institution. Also, they have a very weird system of crediting "half salary" on some months, and you'll have no idea when the other half will be given to you....Read More
