People who are in position will treat employees like slave Ask for ghost authorship Interfere in personal life Delays in salary Lack of facilities to do research Lack of respect Will not grant leaves "You will not be spared", "you will be replaced with immediate effect" Are the common dialogues with aggressive, harsh tone from higher authorities.

It's a place where the higher authorities use your hardwork for their growth exclusively. The employee will not get any recognition. Every year there will be a scope for rumours. No timely increments for years. No respect for the faculty

Dislikes

Selfish higher authorities, no proper hierarchy, lot of bossism, management won't need the views of employees. No personal growth.
