I have 1 year above experience in sree narayana medical college. Currently i am working there. My co workers are friendly and well in knowledge about radiography. We get yearly salary increments. Hospital management very co operative to staffs. I think i got an oppertunity to improve my career and knowledge and i spend a good time with this hospital.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
