Good for internship purpose. Their is very low salary. But different types of works they had done. They design RCC as well as Steel structures.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics. If you are structural engineer, then also you have to do drafting. No special draftsman is associated with you. You have to do 100% drafting and all time gone for drafting itself. And if you are junior fresher then you have start your salary from 6000. Also office timing is from 9 am to 7-7.30 pm. With 1-3pm lunch break. If you are the person who asks them about timing change, then you're fired🔥....Read More

I struggled huge in the beginning due to huge timing and drafting everytime. But I learn full drafting there specially steel drafting. (Writing politely)

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
