I got good colleagues from office and learns lot of about technology in technical side.

Dislikes

Did not like hr policy. No single employee benefits in policy and salary structure is at very disappointment level. If you are going against hr then you will not get appraisal or less appraisal even though you are right because hr manager is always right.

I Got good colleagues and good seniors with good knowledge at my training time.

Dislikes

Not satisfied with management and their policy and growth is very slow. I do receive appreciation mail from client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Working in SSSPL was a great experience. Organization provides opportunities to learn more in SAP and other integration tools as well. Very good organisation for trainees and experienced personnel as well.
