You have a great set of Directors to work with. Being a Med size company you have the advantage to work directly with Directors and Product owners. Since the company has the open structure you have ample of opportunity to learn from subordinates. Life balance is good and organization care for its employees.

Being a Med scale organization you have ample of opportunity to invest time into R&D, but at times the innovation may become repetitive and revenue oriented.

Work Details

Working in R&D environment is quite fun but at the time the repetitive projects will hamper your future growth. Overall, the work culture is quite good and colleagues are also amazing.
