The work-life balance is good. HR policy is good. HRs are friendly.

There are a lot of things which I didn't like. 1. There is no learning. 2. There is no pre-defined way of doing work, i.e. they will tell you to do hard code everything, not a single time think about what this code will do in the future. 3. The learning was immense and good.

Dislikes

The culture is horrible. It's a founder driven firm where he doesn't listen to anyone. He has no sense of direction and that's why the company is doing so poorly. He changes his priorities every week and is a menace to work on. He keeps blaming and yelling at people and as a result the culture is super toxic and the company hasn't grown in the past year at all.
