My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Remote work, unique benefits, flexible shifts

Dislikes

Favouritism in the workspace, lack of respect for working hours, sub-optimal company insurance, lack of direction in company policies and decisions, and stagnation in learning and development. Quite heavy focus on marketing instead of developing and improving products, and a lack of job security. Quite a gap between leadership expectations and the ground reality of the organisation.

To be very honest, you are always on the edge of the sword. Zero understanding of the product/ it appears that they are just doing it for the sake of doing it.

First of all expectations are not made clear at the time of interview. Things become really tough when reality hits you post joining, you are in the middle of nowhere,your performance gets hit due to various non practical things.
