It was a terrific experience. The founders of the school gave a wonderful orientation and were there to help you at every stage. The ethos of the school is to cultivate a high self esteem of the students and guide them to reach their highest level in the potential they have

Work Details

Springdales was putting up the first school outside Delhi in Jaipur. It was very challenging as I had to coordinate from Jaipur. The administration work was quite tough as our location was the suburbs and we were operating with minimal staff.
