This was very good from the beginning. After some years seniors from management became out of company guidelines.

My role was very challenging. Purely based on study of rural customer behavior. Promotion, motivation, sale and collecton should be on stipulated time period to be done. Within our team of manager my role was very effective on both areas as a TL

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
