Been working in Springahead since 4+ years. a great place to work and had learnt many things. The company takes care of the employs well. I feel that the the negative comments on this company are purely because of some persons inability to work and learn.

Nothing good about springhead education. A falthu company with group of pshychos

Dislikes

People with black money are behind this company.they don't pay salaries. Simply cheating customers and employees.that is the reason it did not grow even after 6 years A fraud company. If u join ur life becomes horrible. It should be black listed.

Treats employees as slaves. Slavery jobs.no salary,worst culture,hours together meetings with lady employees.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
